Ballot Box

In the center of the main building in each district stood a crudely made card board box. On the front of it, written in crayon by the looks of it, were the words 'Abandoned City Leader Nominees.' There was a stack of paper and a pile of mostly broken but still useable writing utencils.

I walked in the room and saw the box. I quickly filled in a name. I'd scribbled down Riley Kim.

After Dean'd gone in I walked in as well and wrote down a different name, Fang I wrote.

Penelope grinned as she saw the ballot box. 'That Grason would make a good leader...' she thought.
Penelope grabbed a piece of the torn up paper and wrote down the name Grason Michel
After she was done Penelope dropped the name into the box and skipped away with her red hair swinging behind her.

Riley smiled when he had found the ballot box. He already made up his decision about who should rule the abandoned city. Someone who was powerful, and able to protect. And obviously he wasn't talking about himself.

He walked up to the ballot box, a piece of paper in his hand. Double checking to make sure he had written the right name. He smiled as the name Grason Michel flashed in front of his eyes for a moment, before folding the paper in half and slipping it into the box.

Finished, he turned around, leaving the box, his thoughts wandered if anyone had voted for himself. Doubtful though.

ooc: Aw xD Riley put in Grason's name too. You know...if they both didn't have trust issues they'd make good friends..

OOC: True that, but well. They're just flaws xD But I'll probably open Riley up as the RP progresses, and he has more people he CAN trust... Which will take a while.

Savannah reached down into her pockets, pulling out a newspaper from the Human City and a marker which she hoped still had ink.

At least there was still democracy, right? She scribbled down the name Grason Michel with what was left of the ink, folded the piece of torn newspaper and shoved it into the ballot box. As she walked away, Savannah's cheeks seemed to flush with color but maybe it was just a trick of light....

I walked to the box, glancing at it and thinking for a moment. I thought for a moment, then wrote down Riley K. I didn't know his full name, but I knew that much of it. Even though I hated to write it, I knew he would be a good leader. Grason would be more of a dictator then anything, pushing the ideals that only his girlfriend could of spoke like there was a hope for The City.
